FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
It depends on what is actually wrong. Parts for BMWs and other European cars vary widely, and labor depends on how involved the job is. That is why we start with a proper diagnosis. Once we know the cause, we explain the repair and what it will cost so you can decide before work begins. Contact us to get started.
Our process is simple: diagnose it correctly, explain it clearly, repair it properly. After we find the cause, we walk you through what the car needs and the cost of the repair. Ask about diagnostic charges when you book, since complex electrical and drivability problems can take real testing time to pin down.
We specialize in European vehicles and have extensive experience with BMW. We also service other European makes. If you are not sure whether we can help with your car, contact us with the year, make and model and a quick description of what it is doing.
For most European repairs, yes. We work with factory-level and professional diagnostic and programming equipment, which lets us read every module, run manufacturer-specific tests and program or code replacement parts. That covers a lot of the work owners assume only the dealership can handle, from module programming to engine replacement.
Both have a place. OEM parts match what the factory installed and are often the right call for sensors, modules and critical engine parts. Quality aftermarket or OE-supplier parts can cost less for items like brakes and suspension. Ask which option fits your repair and budget, and we will explain the tradeoffs before ordering.
It depends on the job. Brake and suspension work moves faster than tracing an intermittent electrical fault, replacing an engine or completing a performance build. Parts availability for European cars also affects timing. Once we have diagnosed the car, we will give you a realistic timeline and keep you posted if anything changes.
Scheduling ahead is the best way to get your car looked at promptly. The shop is open Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM and closed Sunday. Contact us to set a drop-off time and tell us what the car is doing.
Our shop is at 7216 Maddox Road, Suite C in Lithonia, GA. We work on cars from Lithonia, Stonecrest, Conyers, Stone Mountain, Decatur, Snellville, Covington and the greater Atlanta area. If you are within driving distance of east DeKalb County, contact us to schedule a drop-off.
Our posted hours are Monday through Saturday, 8 AM to 2 PM, and we are closed Sunday. If your car breaks down outside those hours, contact us with the details and ask about arranging a drop-off so the car is ready for us when the shop opens.
Coverage depends on the repair and the parts used. Ask about parts and labor coverage when we go over your repair, and we will explain what applies to your job before you approve the work.
Ask about accepted payment methods when you contact us to schedule, so there are no surprises at pickup. We also go over the cost of the repair with you before the work starts.
Our focus is BMW and other European vehicles, since that is where our diagnostic and programming equipment and experience add the most value. If you have a different make with a problem that fits our specialty, like a tough electrical fault, contact us and ask. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right shop for it.
